Standard production time for custom items is 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Gratitude Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All custom/personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may require photos to verify defects or errors.
Approved issues may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
