Orders & Products

Are your products custom made?
Yes! Many of our items are custom made or personalized just for you. This allows us to create something meaningful and unique for every order.


How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders are processed and created within 3–7 business days.
Larger or custom quote orders may take a bit longer depending on complexity.


Can I see a proof before my item is made?
For certain custom orders, we can provide a mockup upon request. If you’d like one, just leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.


Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may already be underway and changes may not be possible.


Sizing & Customization

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually a safe choice.


What if I made a mistake on my custom design?
Please double-check all details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for typos, incorrect sizes, or design errors submitted by the customer.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup in the Fernandina Beach / Yulee area. Details will be provided after checkout.


My package says delivered but I don’t have it—what should I do?
Once a package is marked delivered, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.


Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on eligible (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.


Can I return custom or personalized items?
No—custom items are final sale since they are made specifically for you.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.


Do you offer refunds or store credit?
Approved returns are issued as store credit, sent to the email used at checkout.

How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your items looking their best:

  • Use cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid ironing directly on designs

Are your designs durable?
Yes! We use high-quality materials and processes to ensure long-lasting designs when cared for properly.

Can you print my logo or design?
Absolutely—just make sure you have the rights to use the design or logo you submit.
