Refund and Returns Policy

THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
We truly appreciate your support and hope you love your purchase. But we understand—sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s what you need to know:


Returns

We accept returns on eligible (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Your return must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • A flat return shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund/store credit
  • You can initiate your return by emailing us at Sales@trkartdesigns.com

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of smoke, deodorant, makeup, and perfume
  • All original tags must still be attached

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Exchanges

Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.


Refunds

All approved returns will be issued as store credit.

  • Store credit will be sent to the email used at checkout
  • If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder

Final Sale Items (Important)

Returns and refunds are not accepted on FINAL SALE items.

FINAL SALE ITEMS include:

  • All custom or personalized products
  • Laser engraved items
  • 3D printed items
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise
  • Sale items
  • Hats, jewelry, and accessories

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—we’ll take care of you.

Please email us at sales@trkartdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

If we are not notified within this timeframe, we may not be able to replace the item.
